    Hi support staff,

Recently I am getting errors when I try to update my products, I have the latest woocommerce installed which I have to mention says it has lots and lots of outdated template files!

When I update a file I get ” WordPress Failure Notice ” and it brings up a page that says ” Are you sure you want to do this? …. please try again. ”

I never got this problem before but its frustrating.

I have found the culprit, a plugin that is not playing ball!

JM Twitter Cards plugin was to blame, was somehow causing an issue on product pages and updating them.

With regards to outdated template files, so it’s safe to rename the file versions yes?

    Hello,

Yes, you can rename file versions in wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce directory.

    Thanks Eva,

Is your theme fully compatible with the latest WordPress update?

    Hello,

Yes, it’s compatible, but you have to update all plugins as well https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
