    Hello –

I am having trouble interpreting the documentation, which is why I am here.
I set a Parent on my Primary menu with the CSS class “menu-full-width menu-column2” However, none of the sub items have shown up in the second column – it is just one long drop-down menu.

How do I specify which sub-items will appear in column 2? (Or 3, or 4, as I may need more columns in the future).

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please activate CSS classes for menu and check issue.
To activate CSS Classes, open Screen Options and select these items (Appearance->Menu).

    Hello Robert –

That option was already selected. I unselected, saved, reselected, and I am still having the same issue – my menu is just one long menu with no columns.

Here is a screenshot of all the options I have selected under Appearance>Menu>Screen Options

    Hello,

We can’t access your wp-admin panel, there is an error:
    “Error 429 Too many requests”.
Please check it with your hosting provider.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

I’ve set “menu-column5” class for Shop menu item. Please check the menu now.
Also we recommend you to update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
