Getting error message in log - by Al - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    1) We can’t check your site http://prntscr.com/wcdz3g
    2) When do you get these errors?
    3) Could you, please, provide WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site?

    I know you can’t access my site and I mentioned it from the initiation of the ticket that i need guidance
    I can’t see when it happens I just saw it in the Woocommerce –> status–>Log -it has few times – as attached from today
    I can’t provide you with access to check and therefore I asked if you can guide me which information to collect or where I need to check for such an error

    The site is a target for many hacker and therefore it was blocked for all users outside of israel (except some ip which are related to FB and Google)

    Hope you understand and can help guide me – if not it is acceptable as well and I’ll still think that it is the best theme I’ve ever used in the past few years and great support team – so don’t worry for saying that it is impossible to help in this environment
