Sometimes when I go to my site DashikiDresses.com I get garbage codes showing. A full page of it. Even when I click on a product. This is only happening when I’m NOT logged into WP admin panel.

Man, I did nothing to my site but it’s now reverted back to the default installation. This is the second times that happened in 6 months and I had to reconfigure the whole thing over. What’s going on folks?

Hello,

Currently I don’t see “garbage codes” on your site http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/17/0210/h_1486742904_3859086_05c0a917a1.jpeg .
Regarding “default installation”, you should check logs on your server. Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to investigate this issue. Perhaps there were some problems on the server. Theme can’t be the reason of it.

On iPhone 6, the title/price still cover the “VIEW DETAILS” button on some post…and unable to click on the button. How can I move up the category name, title, price so the price doesn’t run over the button? https://www.dashikidresses.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/File_000.png

My server company went though the log files and went through the entire server and they said it has nothing to do with the server. Site is randomly going back to default and I always have to reconfigure. It’s hard to believe theme bugs have nothing to do with it. The files are not changing at all. It’s always the configurations under Theme Options.

All custom css codes you gave me gone…google analytic codes gone…..all theme options configs gone….2-3 times a week randomly. I have other WordPress sites on the server and it’s only happening to this site.

1. From Header type 13 to header 2

2. Logo / favicon go back to default/demo

3. Contact form email goes back to default: test@gmail.com

4. Color scheme goes back to default from pink.

5. Footer is showing white when I chose black

6. Everytime it goes back to default I loose all my order records, and ALL

products uploaded.

I have other WordPress sites on the server and it’s only happening to this site. That makes me
believe it’s a serious bug on the template. I found 2 other people reporting the same thing on the support forum board.

Hello,

Please try the following steps:
1) Increase these values http://prntscr.com/ea8ufp
Max Upload Size should be at least 40M.
2) The problem may be caused by the database, probably database cache.
Or these plugins are the reason:
Advanced Database Cleaner
Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions
Convert WP Database to UTF-8.

Those plugins were added trying to fix the problem. Anyhow, I had to bomb the site and start all over.

1 question:

My menu bar to the right is black, so I had to design a black logo. However, on mobile the header is write. So my black logo is showing on a white background. I created a logo with white background and put it on “Logo image for Fixed header”….white background logo is only showing when scrolling down…which is good. But when you go to the site you see the black background logo on white. That’s not good.

Unfortunately we don’t have option for mobile logo. Please take our apologies.
I’ll pass your query to our developers so they can add this feature in the theme update.

Please use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile, Custom CSS for tablet, Custom CSS for mobile landscape:

Last 3 question:

1. I’m creating some banners for the revolutionary slider, what sizes should they be to fit in nicely on both desktop and mobile?

2. All the products on each category is showing statuses like “can be back order” I only want that to show on single product page, not categories. How can I remove?

3. Can I have “load more products” button on the homepage? I activated that but it’s not working.
