Dear @Terpsauce,
I hope this message finds you well.
Could you please provide us with the updated WP-Admin credentials for the demo user ? It appears that the previous login details are no longer valid.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team

To expedite the process, it would be most efficient if you could kindly provide us with access directly. This will allow us to promptly verify whether the issue exists. At the moment, we are unable to locate the access credentials for your demo user.
We kindly await your response with the necessary details attached.

Dear @Terpsauce,
We hope this message finds you well.
Upon reviewing the source code of your website, we were unable to locate the custom snippet we previously recommended in our response here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/gap-appeared-in-sticky-header-after-last-theme-update/#post-438570.
Kindly ensure that the provided custom snippet is added to your site, as it was specifically created to resolve the issue you reported. Once implemented, please check the results and let us know if the problem persists.
We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for respecting our support team’s time.

Yes but this code now negatively effects the code supplied by your colleague for another issue…
Please see screenshots.
.single-product .etheme-add-to-cart-form ul.st-swatch-size-large li.type-image {
width: 75px;
height: 75px;
}
This code was working fine. Until,
html:not(:has(#wpadminbar)) .elementor-location-header {
–wp-admin–admin-bar–height: 0.001px;
}
was added.
Now, the code your colleague gave me, doesn’t effect the image swatches size at all.
Dear @Terpsauce,
Thank you for reaching out.
Custom CSS snippets like the one you mentioned should not typically cause any conflicts. To assist you further, could you please share a screenshot showing the exact location where you placed the snippet? It’s possible that a missing comma or closing bracket “}” may be preventing the subsequent code from loading correctly.
Additionally, please provide the URL of the product page where the swatches are displaying with incorrect sizing. This will allow us to investigate further, especially if our previous suggestions did not resolve the issue.
Lastly, could you confirm whether the header displays correctly on your devices after removing the snippet we previously recommended for fixing the header position? We would appreciate it if you could compare it with the behavior shown in the videos we shared.
Best regards,

Hello,
1: Swatches issue is resolved.
2: The header displays correctly on mobile (both landscape and horizontal) and desktop too.
3: There is one small error, on tablet, the main header does not follow the page (not sticky).
Ive attached a video which shows the diffecne on iPad snd mobile.
On mobile you can see the MAIN header will stick to the top, and follow the scrolling.
On tablet portrait, this in not the case, the MAIN header is not sticky.
Please ensure tablet portrait MAIN header is sticky. This ensures all devices follow the same protocol.
Thanks
Dear @Terpsauce,
Thank you for reaching out.
We have reviewed the issue on our end and did not encounter any problems. To assist you further, could you please provide details about the device you are using for testing? Additionally, have you tried accessing the site using an incognito/private browsing window?
We also recommend clearing your browser cache and checking again to see if the issue persists.
Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Best regards,
