    Hi,
On my front page, I have a section with manuals “brochurer”. I’ve created it using wpbakery and when showing on mobile, each manual’s width is the entire screen. In stead, I want each of the two manuals to have half page width. I’ve tried editing under column settings -> responsive options -> mobile -> width 6/12 but they’re still stacked in stead of being side by side. Thank you in advance

I’ve tried to replicate the error. Please try the login link a couple of times. Not the user sign in via the front end

    Hello,

Still the same error http://prntscr.com/utdwh8 . Could you, please, provide the correct link to your Dashboard and temporary disable limits for the connections from other countries if you have such protection?

    Regards

    Hi,
Whitelisted the IP range. The login link is correct – as said you just need to enter it c. 3 times for it to load properly. Please remember to complete captcha as well. Thanks.

Also, the screenshot you attached shows that you are trying to sign in via the front end user login section. Please use the backend link I’ve sent you

Thank you for the video. Please note that the sign in link is not /wp-admin as mentioned. I have sent it in the private area. When trying to access the link after not available message, please do not press refresh as the site will try to refresh the /wp-admin. Instead, enter the special sign on link. Thanks

    Hello,

It works. You had 12/1 in the responsive settings for the columns on mobile, I set 6/12 http://prntscr.com/uu7r20 and it looks good http://prntscr.com/uu7smy
