    Hello, Gprx,

The issue was related to heavy Elementor widgets, specifically the carousels. We have now updated them to the latest optimized version. These improvements are already available in the new version of the theme.

Thank you for the response and for identifying the issue related to the heavy Elementor widgets, especially the carousels. I appreciate that you’ve already implemented optimizations and included them in the latest version of the theme.

However, I’m currently experiencing several additional issues that are significantly affecting usability:

I’m unable to implement the header used in the demo page of the “Game” theme.
Even when selecting a different header from the available template options, the loading process runs indefinitely and the selected header is never applied.
Entering “Edit Page with Elementor” takes an unusually long time before it becomes responsive, which makes the editing experience quite frustrating and inefficient.

It’s also worth noting that, on the same server and hosting environment, I have not encountered any of these issues when using other themes such as Jupiter X or XStore. This leads me to believe the problem is not related to my setup.

To be honest, I’m starting to question whether this was a good purchase. I don’t find it acceptable to rely on support for basic tasks like configuring the theme independently. Already during the initial installation, I had to reach out for help because the frontend was not visible due to the same issue with heavy Elementor widgets (carousels).

I would appreciate a more stable and user-friendly experience, as at the moment it is quite difficult to work efficiently with the theme.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hello, Gprx,

Thank you for your detailed feedback – we completely understand your frustration, especially when it affects basic usability.

After a deeper investigation, we was able to identify the root cause of these issues. While the theme uses heavy Elementor widgets (such as carousels), the main problem was actually related to the PHP memory limit on the server.

The default memory limit was too low for handling complex Elementor layouts used in the XStore demos. This caused:
    • the frontend to fail loading,
    • the header builder to hang indefinitely,
    • and very slow or unresponsive behavior when opening “Edit Page with Elementor”.

To resolve this, We increased the WordPress memory limits:

    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
    define(‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);

After applying this change, the issues with header loading and Elementor performance were resolved.

So in this case, the behavior was not caused by incorrect setup or misuse, but rather by insufficient server resources for this type of theme and builder combination.

It’s also worth noting that themes like Jupiter X may appear to work under lower memory limits because they rely on a lighter structure or fewer complex widgets. XStore, especially with advanced demos like “Game”, requires more resources to function properly.

At this point, the theme is working as expected with the adjusted configuration. However, if needed, we can also optimize specific pages further to improve performance and reduce resource usage.

We completely understand your expectations regarding stability and ease of use, and I appreciate your patience while we identified the actual cause.

    Hi,

Thank you for increasing the WordPress memory limits — I really appreciate it. It has partially improved the overall performance.

However, I’m not sure if I might be doing something wrong, but I’m still unable to make the header visible on the pages.

Could you please kindly show me how to locate the same header used in the “Game” demo? I’m having trouble finding it among the available header templates.

Also, I would like to ask why the header that has been selected does not appear on the page. Could this be a malfunction, or is there something I might be missing in the configuration?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I want to be honest, I’ve spent a significant amount of time trying to make the header appear, and it was never visible from the moment the “Games” template was imported. As already mentioned, there have been a series of malfunctions, and to be frank, I’m not fully convinced that everything has been completely resolved yet.

It would have been really helpful if I had been advised earlier to remove and reinstall the “Games” template. I ended up doing this myself after several hours of attempts, and only then the header finally became visible.

At the moment, the header is now showing, but there is still an issue: on the homepage it does not appear correctly (logo and other elements have different sizes or are not properly aligned), while on subpages, for example:
    https://giopirax.com/wp/about-us/
everything is displayed correctly, including the logo and layout proportions.

I don’t understand why this discrepancy exists between the homepage and the other pages.

I need to be clear, I really have to optimize my time and cannot continue spending hours troubleshooting malfunctions like this. I would therefore kindly ask you to thoroughly check whether everything is functioning as it should.

Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could also advise on how to further improve the loading speed of the page builder and Elementor, as it is currently quite slow.

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Best regards

    Hello, Gprx,

The headers appear differently because you have several header layouts. The one assigned to the homepage differs from the one assigned to the other pages of your website. To view or edit them, please go to XStore Builders → Header → Elementor.

Regarding performance improvement, we recommend reading the following articles:

Since this demo version is built with Elementor, all changes should be made using the Elementor editor. Please check the attached screenshots, which show how to change the colors of the elements you mentioned. For example, the text in the header can be edited through the Elementor Header Builder, and the button in the slider can be modified in the editor of the corresponding slide.

To find out which specific slide you need to edit, please open the homepage in the editor – there you will see the slides displayed in the slider, as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Hi, thanks for reply!

I would like to report an issue regarding the inability to paste a copied widget from your page into mine. I followed the instructions exactly as shown in the video, but I consistently receive a message saying that no section has been copied. However, when I copy the section, the circle turns green and the message “copied” appears below, which suggests that the action was successful.

I kindly ask you to test this functionality on your side and resolve the issue.

Additionally, please let me know if it is possible to attach more than one image in this forum. Even when I upload 2 or 3 images, I only see one in the preview thumbnail.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I would kindly ask for an explanation or a solution regarding an issue I am experiencing.

Every time I add the first new block to a new page, it gets positioned at the very top, directly under the menu, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please explain what causes this behavior and how I can fix it?

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Hello, Gprx,

To enable copying from our website, please make sure that cross-origin access for the site is allowed on your server.

Regarding the issue of adding a new block, this is standard Elementor behavior. We kindly ask you to simply move the container below after adding it.

    Hi, thanks for reply.
I have applied this modification to the .htaccess file in the directory where WordPress is installed; however, copying widgets from the XStore page is still not possible.

    Header always set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “*”
Header always set Access-Control-Allow-Methods “GET, POST, OPTIONS, PUT”
Header always set Access-Control-Allow-Headers “Origin, X-Requested-With, Content-Type, Accept, Authorization”

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_METHOD} OPTIONS
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ $1 [R=200,L]

I also enabled the CORS function via server but live paste does not work.
Please provide an alternative way to use the various widgets on your page, I’m wasting a lot of time with the various problems I’m encountering.
    Thanks!

    Hello @Gprx,

We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with the “Live Paste” feature.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. Please be assured that we have taken all possible measures on the theme side; however, this feature may not function properly on all servers. For this reason, we recommend using the manual import option. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope that you will not feel the need to escalate the matter. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, we will be happy to help.

We kindly ask you to provide the URL of the sections you wish to import so that we can generate and share a download link containing the necessary element files. Once you have successfully downloaded the files, please edit a page using the Elementor tool and import the templates to your website by following the instructions available at https://elementor.com/help/template-library/.

Also, you can import sections using our built-in XStudio feature: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

Thank you for your reply and for your efforts on this matter.

However, I must be very direct: the proposed workaround is not a viable solution for real-world usage.

It is not reasonable to expect me to manually choose individual sections in advance in order to receive separate files. This approach significantly limits both flexibility and creativity. The whole point of using a system like Live Paste is to be able to visually explore, test, and combine different blocks in real time while building a page. Being forced to pre-select sections without the ability to experiment directly breaks this workflow entirely.

This limitation is not minor — it has a substantial impact on the way pages are designed. It creates friction, slows down the process, and removes the possibility to quickly iterate and find the best visual combinations.

Additionally, the templates available in XStudio are not equivalent to the widgets available through Live Paste. This creates a gap between what is showcased in your demos and what can actually be used in practice.

At this point, asking me to choose specific sections is not an acceptable long-term solution. If I am required to choose, then my answer is simple: I would need access to all available sections, not just a limited selection.

I kindly ask you to provide a proper and scalable solution that does not restrict the creative workflow — for example, a complete downloadable library, a bulk export, or an alternative method that allows full access to all Live Paste elements without server limitations.

I also want to emphasize that I need to start building pages now and cannot afford to wait or lose more time due to these limitations.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to a concrete solution.

    Best regards

    Hello @Gprx,

Thank you for providing the details.

As it is currently not possible to implement a ready-made solution that enables the Live Paste feature for all cases, we would like to suggest the following options:

    1. Please provide us with a list of the required sections, and we will prepare the corresponding .json templates for you. You can then import these templates into your website.

    2. You may create a staging website and install the Minimal Fashion 02 demo (which includes all the ready-made templates available on the following page: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/design-elements/) or any other demo. You can then use these templates individually, as described in item 1 above.

    3. You can import only the pages from the Minimal Fashion 02 demo into your existing website. This will give you access to the relevant pages, allowing you to review and copy the ready-made sections across your current site.

    4. If you would like to use specific parts from another demo, you can import only the pages (https://prnt.sc/qljfEPGU9IlG) from that demo. If you import them on a staging website, you can export the section/container templates. If you import them directly on your live website, you can copy the sections using Elementor’s built-in Copy feature.

Documentation on the demo import process: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/
    Elementor Copy feature: https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-copy-elements-from-one-site-to-another/

If you have any additional ideas or specific requirements, please clarify them in detail so that we can review and provide further suggestions or possible implementations.

    2. You can then use these templates individually, as described in item 1 above.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

I have opted for option 2 and created a staging website where I installed the Minimal Fashion 02 demo as recommended.

However, I noticed that only a limited number of pages (around 12) are available after the import. At this point, I am trying to understand where I can find all the individual modules/widgets that are showcased in the demo (such as those available on your design elements page).

Could you please clarify, in a precise and practical way, how I can:

view all available widgets/modules included in the demo
    access them individually
and then select and copy or reuse them within my pages

At the moment, it is not clear where these elements are located or how they can be accessed after the demo import.

I would appreciate a clear step-by-step indication so I can proceed efficiently.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Please also note that the demo import stops at 27% during loading and does not progress further (it remained stuck for over 1 hour). This is yet another significant loss of time.

I will provide you with access to the website so you can investigate and make it fully functional, allowing me to proceed with the solution you suggested.

    Hello,

We are truly sorry to hear that you have encountered issues that are taking up your time. We have checked your website and noticed that the media import is not functioning correctly, even when using the default WordPress importer, which is not related to the theme. This indicates that there may be a problem on the server side.

We were able to partially import the content and pages, but not completely. We have also noticed that your PHP version is very recent, and not all plugins are fully compatible with it. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider, provide them with screenshots of the media import errors https://prnt.sc/gQJu7Ki3L7sZ https://gyazo.com/1a843a4003342b43ef990797b81f29b6 , and request that they downgrade the PHP version to 8.2 or 8.3.

Please let us know the response from your hosting provider.

    Hello @Gprx,

When importing a demo that contains a large number of images, the server timeout may not be sufficient to import all the media files, which can result in an error. You can try running the demo import again and proceed to the demo content installation step.

We have already performed a manual import of the demo pages for you: https://prnt.sc/HYFwpfZZlwi1. You can review them and locate any widgets from the available pages (for example: https://gyazo.com/1ab08faf3f24167e911f49955f5277e5).

I have now downgraded the PHP version to 8.3.30 as suggested, and I am currently attempting to import the demo template again (this is my third attempt).

In the meantime, I kindly ask you to address my previous question more clearly: where exactly can I find all the individual widgets/modules that are shown in your demo?

At the moment, I only see the imported pages, but it is still not clear:

where the full list of widgets is located
    how I can browse them
and how I can select and reuse them individually

Please provide a precise and practical explanation so I can proceed without further delays.

I look forward to your clarification.

Additionally, please let me know how many pages are included in this template in total. I can currently see around 15 pages — is that correct?

Based on this, I would like to clearly understand where and how I can find all the various modules showcased on your demo page.

Please provide a precise and practical explanation so I can proceed without further delays.

Hi, I am submitting a refund request due to the recurring issues I have experienced, mainly caused by incomplete compatibility with the server environment and the frequent need to contact customer support to resolve problems.

Most recently, I encountered an issue with the mobile dropdown menu not functioning correctly, for which I was provided with a patch. While I truly appreciate the responsiveness and speed of your support team, there are certain features that I believe should work properly out of the box—such as a basic dropdown menu—rather than requiring fixes after being reported.

This has led me to feel overly dependent on support assistance. I do not want to have to open a support ticket for every minor issue, describe the problem in detail, and wait for a solution each time.

Although I sincerely appreciate your willingness to help and resolve issues, the number of problems encountered has been too frequent. The lack of full compatibility with the server has resulted in recurring issues, causing unnecessary time loss both for me and your team in troubleshooting and resolving them.

After considering the feedback provided by Mr. Ayan Rahman, who indicated that a refund request is possible, I have decided to proceed accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding and for the support you have provided so far.
