After updating Legenda v2.9, I encountered frequent session out when trying to upload product, adding a new menu. Basically I am not able to manipulate the site, for example, whenever I ever try to add new menu to the appearance, there is incredibily long & slow page loading, and encountered the page session out at the end. Also, it affects to the frontend, I feel like the whole site is frozen during this long loading session.
I already talked to hosting company, my WP-memory limit is 4GB, and the resource is far beyond to limit yet, I don’t think it is because of hosting problem. Actually the frontend is good, but the backend is the problem.
I am afraid may be there is some issue in PHP Legenda theme, hope you check this out soon.

I deactivated the child theme, and tried again – but I can see the issue is still.
I apologize I wasn’t clear enough for the issue.
Creating a new menu is okay, but moving a newly created menu to menu structure as I want, that is an issue.
To be more specific, I want to create the menu “Nail” from product categories, and move it under “Others”. (Others should be the parent).
Adding “Nail” menu to the menu structure does not bother me, I can do that within 3 seconds like you said. But, when I move this “Nail” menu to under “Others” menu, and then hit the “Save Menu”, that’s when I face the problem. Took me like 1 minute for site loading (which I belive it is not normal), and finally encountered session error massage, nothing has been saved at the end. For the precious check, hope you to create a new menu and place it under other menu.
The same thing happends when I upload new products, it is okay when I try to upload single variation product. I can feel the product uploading speed is a little bit slower than previous version, but I can deal with it. However, when I try to upload the product with 5~6 varitaions, it took about 2 mins, and sometimes it was ended up with time out message.
I have been searching for the whole kinds of solutions, but I was not able to fix this issue. This issue seriously impact on our business, I’d be really appreciated if you could clarify it.
I don’t mind to pay for extend support to fix this, if it is necessary. Just let me know if we need it.
