French translation impossible to translate with loco translate

    Hello, I downloaded loco translate as indicated and followed the steps,
    but the translation is at 0%, I saw that there was a translation file available in French but I can’t download the PO file, I haven’t made any progress with this for 1 week, could you you help me please?
    I also manually translated a few words but nothing changes on the site

    We’ve checked your site, you need to continue translation of the theme and Core manually. If you can’t translate some strings, provide us with screenshots, and we will help you.
    You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.

    Hello,

    Our theme already has some translations, so you can use them. For example https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/xstore-theme/fr/french/ and https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/xstore-core-plugin/fr/french/
    I have uploaded these translations for you. Let me know if you still have any untranslated strings.
