Four products in same line on Home page - by JLchingai2007

    1) We have been struggling to place our four product categories side by side in one line. As you can see if you scroll down our site, (link in private content), one category pic is below the other three and it looks awful. We would like to do the same as you have in your demo which shows four products side by side please. How can we do this?

    2) Our social plugins are not showing up at all on the site as they do on your demo page.

    3) Add to cart takes a long time to load when a customer (for now us) clicks on a product through the main shop page. (Link below in private content).

    Any advise will be much appreciated, will look out for your reply.

    Hello,

    1. Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials to check the issue with categories display.
    2. As I see social icons are shown on the site:

    3. Try to disable ajax “add to cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax “Add to Cart” > Off.

    Tried doing what you suggested with regrards to the products which we need four in a row and not three but it did not change. Please if you can do this, can you let us know how to do it too as we may have the same issue in the future. Plus we need to learn 🙂

    As for the social icons, we need to add more, but have no idea where in the theme they are or how to do it, please can you explain to us.

    We have tried to use four different plugins for shipping, none are working, there are issues with some countries, especially Spain which we need to post to.

    We bought the theme Blanco too and no problems with shipping, but in Legenda, all plugins we used had issues. There seems to be an issue with Legenda and shipping. We would be really grateful if you can suggest the correct plugins for shipping, etc to make the e commerce site run smoothly.

    Do you have any restrictions set on a server or in .htaccess file?
    We’re still can’t connect with wp-admin panel.

    Hello,

    From our side we have no restrictions, we both tried to enter as you and had no problem. I don´t understand why this is happening. Please try emtying your cache and then refresh. If you can still not get inside, we will create another login name etc for you.

    Were you able to enter to the administration page and through FTP?

    Hello,

    Does you host block some IPs to prevent access?
    Also concerning the products categories on the Home page they can’t be shown more than 3 in a row, only products can be set this way.
    If you still want to to have 4 categories per row this requires additional customization which isn’t for free.
    Do you agree with it?

    We took one week waiting for help and the only thing you asked is money to adapt the theme, but not a word of the other points that have problems and which are due to Legenda, since I have no problems with Blanco.

    Another thing I do not understand is why you can not access the administration, after changing the key several times. Since I could enter without any problem from different computers. I don’t have any

    I have removed all page locks in both the theme and the server.

    I need a quick response because I can not begin work until we have solved these problems.

    Hello,

    1. Social icons are shown on the site in prefooter area

    To add more you need edit the code in Appearance > Widgets > Prefooter widget area
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/widgets > Prefooter Row
    You need insert the code for other social icons (you can find the code in helpbase of social websites) or use some plugins that presents shortcodes for social media icons.

    2. Please try to disable “Ajax “Add to Cart”” in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax “Add to Cart” > Off. Clear your browser cache and check “add to cart” button again.

    3. Shipping settings are related to Woocommerce configuration in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping tab.
    Please check if you set it correctly. Also we recommend you to check this issue default WordPress theme. If the problem persists there too, then it’s caused by Woocommerce plugin.

    Unfortunately we still can’t log in. Seems your hosting provider blocks some IPs range and that’s why it’s causing such issues.

    Hi Eva,

    Thank you for your reply. What we meant with regards to the social icons is that we do not know where to find the social icon images for Google + , Tumblr etc. We need to please know which Legenda theme file they are in so that we can add them to the prefooter area which you saw.

    And how do we add the actual image icons to show up in the prefooter the same as facebook etc are showing?
