Found a topic error, please correct and send changes.
Error: on the product card page (one product), the user’s choice in the characteristics is not cleared after after clicking “Clear”.
The problem is that when you re-enter this page, the old user’s choice is automatically selected, the price of this choice is displayed, and should be displayed by default – without selecting a filter, and the price from and to.
We tested: we select the product option, put it in the basket, then clear the filter, reload the page + clear the page cache, but the user’s choice remains, the filter does not clear.
We also tested it, there is a problem on your demo site.
Please fix the bug and send the sources for correction.

All the products on our site use the Default Form Values (WooCommerce option) http://prntscr.com/qn2yw7 If you change it to “No default …” you won’t have preselected options.

In our admin panel, the product’s card contains the value “No default …”.
None of the options are selected.

Mentioned issue is not related to our theme because appears even with the default Storefront theme https://gyazo.com/8a60336e0118bad535f8a1455de8076d
I suppose this option of the third-party plugin that you use (WooCommerce Variation Swatches) should be enabled http://prntscr.com/qn3t16 But contact plugin author to make sure.
