Formatting trouble with 8theme shortcodes and VC rows

We need assistance. The rows on our home page have stopped displaying correctly. We do not know if it is a plugin problem or something else. RevSlider does not seem to be updated. We did switch to the new Header Builder since the old one is being depreciated. Credential provided. Please come to our rescue. Thx.

No the site is not showing fine. The header and footer and RevSlider seem OK, but the other sections of the page are not showing correctly. See screenshots: https://snipboard.io/a0IMyb.jpg

We re-purchased a support license and have already provided login credentials. Please help.

We have NEVER even used FTP. The host provides us with SFTP but we need to whitelist your IP address please.

We have updated theme and XStore core plugin but still have some js error in console that probably is the reason of the issue. SFTP is also suitable for us. IP of our expert is 176.98.70.175

We may have made a mistake trying to fix an element setting when the real probblem was that the theme and core plugin were not updated and not showing available updates. Please remove if that is the pronlem. Thx!
