Footer Widget problems - by Nick - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have two problems with the footer widget area:
1) widget instagram feed: even if I select thumbnail size for pictures, they appear huge blurred.
2) widget: social link: it doesn’t work. When I add the social links, the simply not appear. Once I press “done” at the bottom of the widget setting block, all the links I’ve put simply disappear.

Hello,

Thanks for the video.
Theme Options > Footer > Footer layout > change Footer Columns. Then go to Appearance > Widgets > edit widgets from the Dashbord.
Provide us with temporary wp-admin access (user and password).

IG works, but social links still does not.

Hello,

Actually no matter what email you will use there, even some randomly generated because we need it just for test. Anyway, you can use this one plugins.8theme@gmail.com But, please, don’t use it for any newsletters or reports of your site in future.

I have the exact same problem at number 2)…social link widget doesen’t work.
I’ve looked up in the whole forum but couldn’t find a solution. Are there any news to this problem? Is there a particula way the adresses have to be pasted in? Thank you.
