Thanks for the reply.
I’ve cleared the browser cache but it is not working.
Also, did you disabled the caching plugins? It is not a problem btw.
not able to open the private area, also cached has been cleared
I dont know what you mean?
The footer is still not working.
When editing in Elementor it shows the correct way. But on the frontend and xstore editor it is not correct.
Hello, @luc,
Thank you for your prompt response.
Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that you are using a static block in the footer, as referenced in this video: https://youtu.be/dedHEO443nE?si=0Pv8uVnFUFupdd9q
We have examined the footer static block using the Elementor editor, and it appears to be functioning correctly within the editor. However, it is not displaying as expected on the front end of the site. This discrepancy suggests that the issue may be related to caching.
If the changes are visible in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is likely due to a cache issue. Typically, if the Customizer reflects the correct changes, they should also be visible on the front end.
To resolve this, we recommend the following steps:
1. Disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN) that are not bundled with XStore. You can find a list of included plugins here: [https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins](https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins).
2. Clear your browser cache.
3. Check the site again to see if the issue persists.
It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem. If the issue continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site. This may involve deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations to allow us to investigate further and provide the necessary assistance.
Before proceeding, we strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure all data is secure.
Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to assisting you further.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
I’ve found te issue.
The footer was set to a post template. Not a specific elementor footer template. The post templates are getting the fixed width.
Thanks for the support!
