Footer Not Showing on Ipad Pro 12" - by USSH

Hello, our footer content isn’t showing in landscape or vertical views on Ipad 12″.

Laptop and mobile phone is viewing perfectly.

Can you help us correct this issue on tablet?

yes i can see footer on the theme. i may have messed up something in the footer blocks when i added my content.

there’s no attachment field to add screenshot?

Please provide temporary wp-admin access.Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,

WPBakery builder was disabled for static block, so I’ve enabled it – https://gyazo.com/6dd84bd14785228adad476633b5a5c4b
Looks like when you edited content of the footer static blocks, some tags weren’t closed correctly https://gyazo.com/a4f937b5cb9655b4479dada8d00ce952 , which causes the problem. I would recommend you to create a new Footer block, using the WPBakery builder, once it will be created, select it here – https://gyazo.com/49f22fbc6cce2051ad079cdbd8be8ac7
Also, you to Theme Options > Footer > Footer layout > Footer Widgets Toggle On Mobile > Off, because this option doesn’t work correctly when the Footer is created using static block.

You need to update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ (do not update the Core plugin before the theme update next time).
