Footer not displaying right in blog page

I just upgraded to the latest theme and the default footer is not displaying correctly on the blog page. I have the logins in the private area. Not sure what I am doing wrong. The footer should look the home page

That is also happenig with other dynamically driven pages that are not using the theme builder.

and set background color in VC settings http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/1217/h_1450344699_6914639_66dd9ca2b5.png .

Please clear browser cache and check Blog page now.
