Footer mobile not visible Design Elementor static block

hello all,

I have the problem that the footer mobile is not visible…..
On desktop it is, but not on mobile devices.

I deactivated all plugins today to see if it depends. But even only with your plugin and elementor , it was not visible on mobile… I have also cleared the cache at my hosting provider…..

I can not fix the error……

Hello,

We can’t login. Please check the credentials.
Provide URL of the exact page or static block where the footer doesn’t work.

the password is in the private area
the error has unfortunately not been corrected….
on mobile devices, the block area where the menu is located is not visible….. This is strange… I do not understand this

Could you, please, provide us with link to page where you have this problem and also screenshot of the block that is missing? Because I don’t see any problem with the menu https://prnt.sc/23442e2 and footer https://prnt.sc/23444hh
So, I don’t understand what block is missing.

yes, it is visible on the desktop…

but not on mobile devices….. see screenshot
the mobile menu icon is not there

This was always about the payment icon on the mobile devices

Hello,

I see that you use Elementor Pro element for this. Contact Elementor Pro plugin support to get help with this. They do not call icons font and meu styles. Not sure why. I suppose that it happened after Elementor plugin update.
