hello, I have intalled classico 1.3 on worpress 4.3 with woocommerce 2.4.10.
    I have two problems.
1)the yith filters do not work properly: when i select a brand, the other brands dissapear (as the should) but the products remain the same. They do not change. same thing with all filters. Only price filter works fine

2)On the products and product page, the footer is lost. on every other page, the footer appears fine.

    Please help.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please update the theme and plugins to the latest version then check issues.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

Here is video tutorial how to update theme.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall

    Hello,

    1. Try to disable the plugin “YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter” and use default Woocommerce widget “Woocommerce Layered Nav”.

    2. I’ve added “8theme – Static Block” widget in Appearance > Widgets > Footer area and selected your footer block. Please check footer on product pages now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
