  In the widget text area, I copied the code from the document index, I don’t see whats causing these image place holder icons to appear next to Payment type buttons.

  Also, when I try to set my bottom left site logo, nothing happens. How do I set that?

  To fix Payment type images put only one link. Look at screenshot.
