Footer issue with using static blocks not displaying formatting correctly

I am running into an issue with static blocks not displaying correctly in the footer. I’m not sure if the issue arose when updating to 9.3.8 or not. Static blocks are enabled for visual composer. For a long time the old widget content was still running. Not sure if that is somehow causing issues. But when I go to insert a static block it just inserts the text without any of the structure. and won’t display either a second footer column or if it’s a 1 footer it won’t display a second vc column. The image attached shows some other stuff in the customizer screen that shouldn’t be there it seems.

To assist you more effectively, could you please provide a screenshots of the issue you are encountering? Additionally, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
