  Hello,
  I’ve been trying to create a 3 column footer but with no success.
  I’ve tried to create a static block, but there seems to be a problem with the Ultimate Visual composer plugin, which cannot be installed.
  Could you please help me with this?

  Hello,

  I’ve selected all types in Dashboard->Visual Composer->Role Manager->Post Types->Custom.
  You can create your footer manually now as described in our documentation:
  https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/9_footer
