Footer image looks weird on every page - by hooweiliam

Hi,

Can you help me take a look on this link : http://thelovefascino.com/

I tried viewing on using some desktop, I noticed that there is this ” box” picture beside the ” paypal logo

Please take a look on the printscreen:http://tinypic.com/r/1t0yyp/8

Besides, I also noticed that in mobile phone, the payment logo such as paypal master , visa and etc. does not appear .
