I am having trouble getting my footer background color to be solid black. So far I have edited the row settings inside visual composer to get as far as I have but it is still not what I am wanting.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I’ve set “Stretch row” in static block row settings http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0401/h_1459530467_8080352_4bb4332343.png .
Please clear browser cache and check footer now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

is there anyway to get it to stretch on the bottom as well?

Still a bit of white space there as well, other than that it looks good.

    Hello,

You had empty row in Widgets static block. I’ve removed it. Clear browser cache and check footer now.
