I try many diferent things and the footer not work properly in the legenda Theme.
I unistall and re-install it many times.
The footer work in the widget.
I set up there the things but it not appear in the front in good organization.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Please clarify how the footer should be displayed?

Also you can create the better layout via Visual Composer plugin in Dasboard->Statick Block as you have other one there. Then add the 8theme-Static Block widget into the footer 2 sidebar Appearance->Widgets.
