Fontawesome 404 - by smartwebasia - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

Im getting high volume of errors from visitors generating 404 Error trying to get fontawesome:

/wp-content/themes/legenda/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.ttf
/wp-content/themes/legenda/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff
etc.

So they finally get lockout by Ithemes security and its a problem.

In the logs, in details its written : query_string = v=4.5.0

I cant find broken links or anything
Any idea?

I don’t know… Don’t noticed problem during my test neither but Itheme Security Plugins keep loging 404 for those files: http://imgur.com/a/19Pub

Hello,

You need to transfer fonts folder from /legenda/css/ folder to theme legenda folder.
I’ve sent font-awesome.min.css file to your email. Please replace /legenda/css/font-awesome.min.css file.

You’re welcome!
We don’t have such problem on our test site, and unfortunately, it can’t be fixed via child theme, so it will be necessary to repeat the transfer after theme update.

Hi, I have the same problem, my test show me error 404 on exact font folder. I can easy move the folder to it’s right place but as I read the posts above you mentioned to send font-awesome.min.css. Why is that If I need it too will you send it to me

Because Rose modified the path of the fonts in that file.

src:url('fonts/fontawesome-webfont.eot?v=4.5.0') to src:url('../fonts/fontawesome-webfont.eot?v=4.5.0') etc.etc.
