    Hello,

We have just migrated a website from a hosting provider to another one. After the migration, the body font through the site was wrong. It should be Montserrat but it was showing another one (let’s call it “Font x”).

I went to theme options, changed to another random font, saved the changes, and then went back to montserrat, and now it is showing montserrat in some pages, but in other ones it still show “Font x”, like the contact page. When I change to a random font, the contact page font changes to that random font. But when I go back to montserrat, the contact page shows “font x” instead of montserrat.

Could you check why that happens?

I don’t know if this is related to that problem, but it also seems that there is a font which still links to the wrong hosting provider. I have copied the exact message in the private content area.

Could you please check why this happens and how to fix it?

    Thank you for your help.

    Kind regards,

    Marta

    Hello Rose,

I see you fixed it! Thank you!

Checking the urls you told me, the solution was to change the url at Dashboard > Settings > General? Nothing else?

    Kind regards,

    Marta

    Hello,

You also need to reset the Kirki cache http://prntscr.com/td9w4s

    Olga.

Understood! Thank you for your explanation. But it is strange that I didn’t know that the kirki plugin is installed. Is it part of your theme or something?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Yes, this is built-in part of XStore core plugin that we use to show the theme options in the customizer.
Let me know if it helps.
