  Dear All
  I am new to this forum. I purchased the Xstore theme and uploaded the Organic theme with side menu.
  I have an issue with the font which is HKGrotesk. This does not appear on the pages on my laptop, I tried also on different mobile devices… The font is different from the the font.
  I went to Custom Font and uploaded again the font files and went to Typography to apply it.
  It still does not work. I am using Chrome.

  I installed the fonts on my laptop and it showed well on Chrome… But still does not work when I visit the website on a mobile device or other devices.

  could you please help?

  Hello,

  Thanks for contacting us.
  Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
  Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
