    Hello,

After applying the following patches via XStore Patcher:
    – Patch ID: #9541888 – FIXED: Critical error with Elementor
    – Patch ID: #9543505 – ADDED: Button Text, Button Link

I started experiencing issues on my website:
    1. Default theme fonts are not being applied correctly (fonts do not match original demo).
    2. There are width/layout issues (large empty spaces on both sides of sections).

Please check and provide a fix.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

After applying the XStore patcher updates, the width issue is now fixed, but the font issue still persists.
In addition, when I check the website in incognito mode, the layout looks broken — it seems that CSS styles are not loading properly (please see the attached screenshots).

So the problem is partially solved:

    Width → ✅ Fixed

    Fonts → ❌ Still incorrect

Incognito mode → ❌ CSS not loading

Could you please advise how to fix the font issue and why CSS is not loading in incognito mode?

    Warm regards,

    Hello @Atman,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that your website’s SSL certificate may not be configured correctly. When accessed in incognito mode, the site’s styles are not loading properly due to insecure URLs. Additionally, we observed that you are using the FlyingPress caching plugin, which could also be contributing to the issue.

To help resolve this, we kindly suggest the following steps:

    1. Temporarily disable the FlyingPress caching plugin, as well as any other server-side caching mechanisms that may currently be active.
    2. Review and verify the configuration of your SSL certificate to ensure it is set up correctly.

Once these items have been checked, we will be happy to assist you further in identifying and resolving any remaining issues.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello 8Theme Team,
I have completed both requested steps:

✅ FlyingPress caching plugin disabled (and all other caching)
✅ SSL certificate verified and working correctly

    Problem Status: UNRESOLVED

    Fonts still not loading properly
CSS still fails in incognito mode
    Issue persists across all browsers

This is now day 4 of a broken live website. I need your technical team to directly access and fix the code rather than additional troubleshooting steps.
    Please provide immediate technical resolution.
    Best regards,

    Hello 8Theme Team,
    Issue Resolved.
I implemented a custom solution in the child theme functions.php that fixed both font loading and CSS issues. The website now displays correctly in all browsers including incognito mode.
    The solution involved:

    Custom Google Fonts loading
    Font override CSS implementation
    Icon font fallback configuration

Thank you for your support. Ticket can be closed.
    Best regards,
