Follow-up on XStore Theme Import Issue – Troubleshooting Steps Tried

    Hi 8theme Support Team,

    I’m writing to follow up regarding the issue I previously mentioned, where I am unable to import the XStore theme demo content on my WordPress site.

    So far, I have worked with my hosting provider (Cloudways) to troubleshoot this problem. They have assisted me by:

    Disabling Varnish caching.

    Increasing PHP parameters (such as memory limit, max execution time, upload size, etc.).

    Further increasing server resource limits as advised.

    Despite these adjustments, the theme import still fails with the same error messages related to file downloads.

    I would like to know if there are any additional theme requirements or other possible causes that could result in this issue. Additionally, if you could advise any alternative method to import the demo content, I would greatly appreciate it.

    I have attached a screenshot of the error message and can provide my purchase email and proof of purchase if needed.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and then import the demo content.
    We kindly ask you to deactivate all plugins and, during the import process, activate only those that are absolutely necessary.

    Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version via XStore > Import demos.

    Should the issue persist, please do not hesitate to contact us again. It is very important to temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins prior to importing the demo content, as they may interfere with the process.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your guidance. I have followed your instructions and deactivated all unnecessary third-party plugins.

    Currently, the only active plugins on my site are:

    Contact Form 7

    Elementor

    MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress

    Orderable – Local Ordering System

    PRO Elements

    ShopLentor – WooCommerce Builder for Elementor & Gutenberg

    WooCommerce

    XStore Core

    Despite this, I am still unable to successfully import the demo content. The error messages persist during the import process.

    Could you please assist me further in resolving this issue? I have already provided temporary admin access in the Private Content Area if you need to check directly.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Hi,

    Thank you for helping me import the demo content successfully.

    However, when I click on the Shop page, it is currently not displaying any products.
    I have checked the WooCommerce settings and ensured the Shop page is selected, but the page is still empty.

    Could you please assist me in checking why the Shop page is not showing any products?

    Hi,

    I noticed that after the recent fix, the Shop page is now missing from my site. I have checked in Pages.

    Could you please assist me to restore or reassign the Shop page properly so that it displays the products as expected?
