I’m writing to follow up regarding the issue I previously mentioned, where I am unable to import the XStore theme demo content on my WordPress site.
So far, I have worked with my hosting provider (Cloudways) to troubleshoot this problem. They have assisted me by:
Disabling Varnish caching.
Increasing PHP parameters (such as memory limit, max execution time, upload size, etc.).
Further increasing server resource limits as advised.
Despite these adjustments, the theme import still fails with the same error messages related to file downloads.
I would like to know if there are any additional theme requirements or other possible causes that could result in this issue. Additionally, if you could advise any alternative method to import the demo content, I would greatly appreciate it.
I have attached a screenshot of the error message and can provide my purchase email and proof of purchase if needed.
