    Dear 8 Theme Team,

Thank you for your help thus far.

I am grateful if you would kindly confirm how to:

    1. Remove a Flash 10.1 message that appears on the bottom of the front page when visitors to my site land on my front page.

    2. Please would you confirm where I should place the Google Analytics Tracking ID, on my site so that I can receive accurate analytics id.

    Much appreciated.

    Yours faithfully,

    MthePro.com

    Hello,

    1. I don’t see that notification on the home page. Please show a screenshot. Does it appear in another browser?

    2. Please refer to this article:

    Thank you.

    Hello Eva,

    Thank you for your message.

    1. The feedback was from apple users only. The same message was shown on the site, near the charity donation plug in when I tested an apple phone in a store. I will have to get a screen saver shortly.

    2. I will review during the week.

    Yours sincerely,

    MthePro

    Hello Eva,

Hope my message finds you well.

    1. Analytics installed and working perfectly, thank you.

    2 remedies required:

    1. The ‘Feature Article’ element placed on the ‘home’ page of my ‘MthePro.com’ site – using ‘Legenda’ theme is not linking to the actual blog article itself. Please would you kindly confirm how I can ensure any ‘Featured Articles’ placed on the ‘home’ page of the ‘MthePro.com’ site directly linked to their relevant entry on the ‘Blog’ page.

    2. Recently i.e. over the past 2 weeks any images I have uploaded onto the site have automatically turned into broken images. I disabled all the plug ins and this did not remedy the occurrences. I had to re-upload each of the images again. However, occasionally the images return broken results again. This did not happen when I first uploaded the images on site launch. Is there any way to remedy this or have there been any changes that I need to compensate for to allow full functionality please. The location of the original images have not been moved, so the reference point in theory should be unaffected.

I appreciate your support in this matter.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    MthePro

    Hello,

    1. Could you please show a screenshot where you added ‘Feature Article’ element on the home page?

    2. Please provide us with a direct link where you have broken images. Also give us access to your FTP account.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

    Thank you for your message.

    1. There was no option to add my screen print once completed. Please use this link – <

and scroll down to the ‘Featured Article’ segment (the story in question is titled ‘Yvonne Akwetey – The Modern Model’

    2. The areas of the site in question re: broken images are:

    – The slider also seems not to be functioning correctly

The control panel at my server provider is currently missing a security tag at login, so ftp access will have to be sent later if still required.

    I appreciate your help.

    Best wishes,

    Hello Eva,

    Thank you.

I have requested ftp access to perform the upgrade via a ftp client rather than the file manager function available to me via my hosts control panel.

    I will confirm once complete.

However, I am grateful if you would kindly confirm whether I could alternatively perform the upgrade via the Appearance > Themes > Add New function on Word Press.

Back up added via Wp Duplicator.

    Kind regards,

    MthePro

    Hello,

Sorry, but the best way to update theme is using FTP.
If you have difficulties with it we can update the theme for you.
Just confirm you have a back up.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

Managed to resolve the Theme update. Thank you.

The following text is displayed at the foot of each page:

    ga(‘set’, ‘&uid’, {{USER_ID}}); // Set the user ID using signed-in user_id

I am grateful if you would kindly confirm how best to remove the displayed coding text from the foot of the page to allow a clean display.

    I appreciate your support.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

we have temporary switched your site to default WordPress theme and that text is displayed with default theme too:

this means that it is not related to our theme.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hello Stan,

Thank you for looking into the request.
