First attribute on mobile devices is appearing close

The first attribute on the mobile phone appears as close even it setup always open on theme option please take a look on a screen shot, how do i can fix it so it also appear as open on mobile phone,

is there any setting i have to change please guide me.

it works fine on desktop computers

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please try to disable “Use ajax preload for this widget” in settings of the widget.
Try to disable Mobile Optimization in Theme Options > General.
