Finding it so hard to create my categories dropdown

I am using the header that has the AJAX search and All Categories Dropdown by the side which is the advanced header type for https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/kids/. The Categories drop-down list is not showing how do I configure that, just like this one https://prnt.sc/fegmzl, please?

Look at what it is showing https://prnt.sc/fekfop. This, of course, makes it harder to find things. How can I get the Categories sorted? The categories list drop down is sorted on the Shop Page but not on the homepage.

Secondly, the menu bar is showing a light colour, how do I change that to my preferred colour?

The banner at the top has refused to change, after trying to save mine, how do I do that, please?

How do I change my Add to cart colour too, please?

My per footer has refused to change too

Where do I edit my footer texts from, please?

Kindly respond as soon as you can please.

Hello,

Sorry for some delay in answering.
1) I have checked your site and see only default content. Please, provide me link to site from screenshot.
2) There is no sorting option for the header search. It displays categories in alphabetical order.
3) Add the following code in Styling > Custom CSS >
```
@media only screen and (min-width: 992px){
.header-wrapper.header-advanced .navigation-wrapper {background-color: #75d69c;}}
```
4) What banners did you try to change? Provide me screenshot, please, for better understanding.
5) Do you want to change the button color on the single product page or on the grid?
6) You can manage your prefooter/footer content from Appearance > Widgets > check the special widget areas.

Hello,
Thanks for the response, I later deleted it and started afresh. Now I went for the electronics theme.I need help in creating the categories to make it look exactly like the demo, creating the menu, changing my slider pictures, changing the banners and the search button at the top in the demo is still not visible.

1.How do I change the menu tab colour to black?

2.. How do I change the footer logo?

3.How do I set my Category just like the demo to drop down by the left hand side with their respective sub categories opening with a hover of the mouse.

4.How do I add the search button at the top before the menu tab?, its actually in the demo content of the theme but I can’t seem to set it up now, you can check the demo here https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/electronics/

7.. The prefooter should also have sales, bestsellers, most viewed and recently viewed widgets, they are three there in the demo but on mine it’s only 2 how do I create that?

Then how do I edit the footer and payment area. The red newsletter banner and the footer logo at the footer area.

1. Do you mean navigation menu colour or single product tabs or any products tab in any page?

2. change the IMG src in Appearance >> widgets >> footer column 1 >> text widget

3. 8theme options >> general >> secondary menu >> enable secondary menu >> ON

4. that is variation of header types. select Advanced in 8theme options >> general >> header types then go to 8theme options >> general >> header settings >> Enable search form in and select ‘header’

7. these should be set up in static block and widgets. make sure you have widgetized sidebar in prefooter sttaic block and select the proper side bar: https://prnt.sc/ffzzsg

I was still unable to do these, kindly find below, your help will be greatly appreciated.

3. How do I remove the email and phone number at the top of the search tab on the homepage, please? see here https://prnt.sc/fgwstd.

4. The featured categories, how many is it supposed to be on the home page, please? I want to make it at least 8 is it possible? and how doI add a picture to show on the box instead of that icon over there please see here https://prnt.sc/fgx06g and how do I remove the categories in each from showing the number of products on them.

1. Your slider ‘BUY NOW’ is not a button. It is just an image. to add links you need to make / create button. refer this to create a button in revslider : https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/buttons/
