Dear Eight Theme,

We are finding it difficult to add a new filter category on our Shopping Online page.

Could you please specifically help with this, more details are in the private section.

Hi,

To do that you need to create the attributes first.
do you have those attributes ? (colour & tag)

And then go to Appearance > widgets and add the widget ‘wooCommerce Layered Nav Filter’ to the sidebar you want.
Select the attributes you created.
