Filters not Working - by TopMarchi - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    The filters are not working (price/color/rating in left menu). Please let me know how to fix this.

    Hello,

    Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    The site will be multilingual and we work with a dropshipping company that uploads the products automatically through their plugin. I don’t know where the problem might be…
