    Shop filter don’t work.
    I tested several configurations, and none filtered correctly, neither by value, color (swatch), brand, etc.
    Reinstall theme and core plugin, update woocomerce, delete e create again all products…
    Theme requirements – ok

    Hello,

    Provide us with FTP access to your site. I see that you are using out of date version of theme and it could be the reason of the issue. We need to update theme and check.

    We have checked your site and found that default filter does not work even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/880e81786efe3fcb761a892d8279e7b9
    It means that issue is not related to XStore and we can’t help.
    Contact WooCommerce plugin support to sort out why the default filter does not work on your site.
