Dear
I’m building a website for property broker , and I need a filter for users to choose the house they want, in the neighborhood , if sale or lease, etc. Reviewing themes in your website, I found this theme

Wanted to know if this is a filter plug-ins that can be purchased separately ?

Hello,

The link you provided is related to Joomla, but we provide themes for WordPress.
If you want to use filter you can create attributes for variable products http://docs.woothemes.com/document/variable-product/ and use “Woocommerce layered nav filter” widget in Appearance > Widgets.

I do not want to use woocomerce
If not I want to have that filter to sell but to offer houses
As this site http://themeforest.net/item/properta-real-estate-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/5382388

That selector to search the houses wishing to customers.
My question is you sell a similiar plugins? And so i s l theme can be applied WOOPRESS
