Filter products by attribute is not working

Hi!

After updating my fantastic legenda theme to legenda 3.4 everything is going well except the product filters from the Shop Sidebar.

When a user is in a category and selects a filter like color no results are coming through and the message – NO PRODUCTS WERE FOUND – is showing.

I have the site to a staging level for testing and after solving anything to push it live, can you help me on that.

Hello,

Could you please check the same with a default theme, for example, Storefront? Let me know result and provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

Hello,

I have installed the storefront and I have the same issue with the products filter they are not showing products and also when I activated the legenda child theme I get the message ” Legenda 0.0.1 Theme Activated “!

Another problem is with the magnifier glass is not working on the first image of the product.

Hello,

If the same problem persists not only with our theme but with default theme too, it means that the problem does not depend on theme functionality. We will be able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme or plugins that come bundled with our theme.

Very likely the problem relates to one of your 3-rd party plugins, so try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check.

Ok now is solved everything all are going fantastic except the magnifier glass on the first image.
