Filter on color, images and color possible ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use 2 different types for a single attribute. You can switch the attribute type from images to color circles at any time, but not use both simultaneously.

Regarding the WooCommerce filter, please provide us with a link to the page where this filter is used, as well as access to the admin panel.

Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ To apply settings for images from Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images you need to regenerate thumbnails using an appropriate plugin.
These settings for images come from WooCommerce plugin, not from our theme, you will get the same result on the Shop page even after activating another theme, not XStore.
We would recommend you use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery, or you can use the CROP option 1:1.
