    Hi

There seems to be count errors on sidebar filter + the dynamic categories swiper.

    Video referance:
    https://www.loom.com/share/113b3117d1ac4a709ad09ccf6bf0650e

The brands are not showing correctly?

The product count is not matching and not correct?

Whats the root cause of this?

I have Product parts from the Atum plugin which are not soppused to be shown on the frontend, as shown in the beginning of this video. Just a notice if this has something to do with it

    Thanks for your quick reply

    Hello, Nicolo,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello, Nicolo,

It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.

We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools

Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

If you continue to experience any issues after performing these steps, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I give you full permission to clear these caches.

i tried it (followed your guide)

and the only thing issue i can see now is that alle produkter is showing 25, while there are only really 17 products.

Let me know what the root cause is?

Unfortunately, we are still unable to connect via FTP. We have tried different VPNs, and it seems that there might be some restrictions on your side. Could you please check this?

Also, please disable the server cache, as we do not see the changes we make to the store page template (we have already cleared the Rocket Cache).

    Best regards,

Ok i updated the password now

So to clarify, youre telling me this is a caching issue?

    Right now we have
    – Cloudflare (purged)
    – Server (disabled)
    – Wp rocket

What to include and what to disable here?

Please log into the ftp here

And please find the root cause so we can find a permanent scalable solution to this
