    Hi,

I’ve been trying to build a website using your Xstore theme, I have a few problems.

    1. Since the last WooCommerce update, my shop page is stuck showing 3 items per row, doesn’t matter if I change settings.

    2. Also in the shop page, I can’t get rid of the prefooter. I select “Without” in the page settings but it won’t go away.

Can you help me with this?

    Thanks!

    Hello, @CharliezFrag

WC released the new major update. We will release a new theme version within 24 hours. This version will be a fully compatible with Woocommerce 3.3.
Also, before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.

    Regards

    Thank you for your responses!

I’ll keep that in mind @Rose Tyler!

Btw, do you have any info on pont number 2? The prefooter won’t go away in the shop page.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content?
On my test site, this option http://prntscr.com/i8j91k works fine for shop page.
If you need to change this block – http://prntscr.com/i8j9ec you may find name of appropriate static block in Appearance > Widgets > After the products. Read more http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/48-widgets-custom-widget-areas
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Regards
