Few issues with IDstore wordpress theme.

Hello,
I am facing a few issues in my theme.

1. Unable to open text editor in wordpress.
2. WordPress admin dashboard loads the side menu half way. Sometimes, all icons do not load.
3. Unable to edit photos in visual mode.
4. WordPress login page is totally messed up.

I disabled most of the plugins but that didnt work.

Please help me urgently as my deadline is 29th May.

Hello,

Does this problem persist with default theme too?
Please provide us with wp-admin credentials as well.

Hello,

As I see this problem persists with default template too. So it’s not caused by our theme.
There is an issue with the script /home/love2064684320/html/wp-includes/js/media-audiovideo.js
We recommend you to contact WordPress support regarding this problem.

Sorry but I am not that technically good. Could you please tell me whats wrong with that file and I could try something. Can I reinstall wordpress to fix this problem?

Thank you very much for the help, I moved the website from godaddy to a different host and it worked well after that. I had to reinstall wordpress 3.9 anyways.
