    My product video upload will upload on my product page but won’t show on actual page.

    Upload your Video in 3 formats: MP4, OGG and WEBM
    Name: untitled-1 Format: video/mp4
    Delete
    Add product gallery video

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of the browser, and check.
    If this doesn’t help, provide URL of page with the video and temporary FTP access.
