Hi, I am having an issue with the featured products as well as testimonial area on homepage.

Could you possibly assist in trouble shooting?

Hi there… I think it could be an issue because of the .items-slider code.

can you kindly resend me the correct style of .items-slider code?

I’ve reuploaded the files and featured products slider is working now.

Please check it and clear browser cache before.

Hi Eva,

Firstly thank you for your assistance, HOWEVER, I have made VARIOUS custom changes on the site and thus I didnt want to just transfer the themefiles again.

All i wanted to know was what style sheet changes could have affected the layout change of featured products and testimonials??!

Website needs to go live today. Can you kindly replace files to convert to my previous version URGENTLY please.

Hello,

Could you please clarify what you want to change?
Did you make modifications in the original theme files and style.css file?
We recommend to make style changes in custom.css file or child theme.
If you had some changes in the theme files written then you have to contact your host and ask them to restore the site from back up.

Hi Eva,

In my initial request I only asked for assistance and guidance (as you guys know the stylesheet better than me) to check what made the Featured products and testimonial page not showing correctly.

I did not ask you to ftp theme files back to originals. I have made extensive changes and was only asking for advise as to what code could possibly be the issue with sliders not showing correctly.

What if host only have back up of a week before?

Kindly advice.
