    Hi Support Team,

    I would like to report an issue related to product images on my WooCommerce website using the XStore theme.

    I noticed that the featured image displayed for some products does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the product. In some cases, the image shown appears different from the real product images provided in the gallery or description.

    This creates inconsistency and may lead to confusion for customers when viewing products.

    Details:

    * Theme: XStore
    * Platform: WooCommerce
    * Page Builder: Elementor
    * Issue: Featured image does not match the actual product condition or appearance

    Could you please help advise:

    1. What might be causing the featured image to differ from the actual product images?
    2. Whether this is related to image settings, caching, or theme display configuration?
    3. Any recommended steps to ensure the correct image is consistently displayed as the featured image?

    I have already tried clearing cache, but the issue still persists.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hello @benedictusdito,

    Could you please provide us with the exact products that are not displayed correctly? There are many items on your shop page, and checking each one individually would not be practical. You may attach the URLs of a few affected products in the private content area and include some screenshots of the issue so that we can better understand your request.

    Regarding the source of the issue, since you are using WP Rocket cache and a CDN, some content may be cached. To ensure that your content is displayed correctly, please clear your caches and check again. For development purposes, we recommend keeping your caches disabled, as they may cause issues with the proper display of your changes.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
