    Hello,

You provided FTP to empty directory http://prntscr.com/vvofby
We need access to your WP installation. Please, check the destination folder of the FTP user that you created and provide us with the correct access to proceed.

    Regards

    Hi, Buhle,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The error message “Fatal error: Allowed memory size…” typically indicates that the allocated memory limit has been exceeded.
To resolve this issue, please follow the instructions provided in the following article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/ Alternatively, you may contact your hosting provider directly for further assistance.
