Fatal Error with Xcore plugin - by Rabani Kharbanda

I am using Elementor with the theme, to build my website.
When I edit the page with elementor, it shows me a fatal error and I can’t access the page.

First of all, thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.
Do you use the latest version of the Core plugin?
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

1) Our user has limited permissions http://prntscr.com/sg5mtd and we can’t see the list of your plugins and access to theme options.

2) I suppose you provided not the FTP access but some info to log in to your hosting panel or something. Please, contact your hosting provider to get the FTP if you don’t know what it is. We need FTP host, FTP user and FTP password.
