  Hello,

  I am getting the fatal error that I provided in the private content page when updating visual composer to the new version. Please help. Thank you!

  We asked for FTP credentials (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password).
  If you don’t know them ask your host.

  hi I have them but it will grant you access to all of the domains we have at the host …

  Shall I upload the plugin throughout ftp and than with the access credentials you have at the site to see it from there, or do you need ftp access anyway?
  (if so I can create a temporary ftp account for the occasion)
