    Hello,

I bought the theme and uploaded via FTP to a fresh clean install of WP (hosted on AWS) and am getting the following error just after I press activate on xstore theme –

Warning: require_once(/var/www/html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/extensions/theme_updater/extension_theme_updater.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/loader.php on line 22

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/extensions/theme_updater/extension_theme_updater.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/loader.php on line 22

    Please help resolve.

    Thank you,
    Navin

    Hello,

Make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements

Seems that you did not install theme correctly because some files are missing. Did you install theme via Dashboard or via FTP? Try to remove theme and install it via Dashboard (Appearance > Themes > upload) again. Let me know about results with activation after that.

    Regards

ok. Thanks. FTP’d already, but seems due to long filenames many did not upload correctly. Reup’d all again and works fine now
