I need your help to solve this problem I have already tried in various ways and have not been able to. The current memory is 800MB with that amount of memory should not have a problem since the web does not have many visits.

Hello,

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the memory limit or check the problem more deeply, provide the Fatal error text to your hosting support. They should be able to solve it.

I am using Aws service and I restarted the server now it is working but when I start browsing the pages the memory error appears again

I have set the memory_limit to 800M.

Hello,

We’re getting 503 error on your site, and then the memory error. Please contact your hosting provider support to check if there are any issues on a server.
Why do you think the problem is caused by our theme?
A lot of customers use XStore without the problem, it looks like the problem is caused by something on the server-side or by 3rd party plugin you are using.
Let us know the answer of your hosting provider.
