Fatal error – No access to wordpress admin panel

Hello,
I have no access to wordpress admin panel and this message:

Hello,

Please, update both theme and XStore core plugins to latest versions: theme – 6.3.1, core – 2.3.1. Never update just theme or just plugin.
Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll help you with update.
